Spillers Orthodontics

Outstanding! This office is the epitome of how a medical office should be designed and managed. The entire staff has obviously been trained in customer service and does their best to meet everyone's needs. The best part is the consultation. They make certain to speak directly to the child (patient) and calmly tell them everything they are going to do before they do it. Nothing is scary or painful. Both orthodontists, Dr. Spillers and Dr. Gordon, are accomplished doctors with a compassionate manner. The entire office works as a team to make this the most positive experience possible. Very impressed!

We have been going to Spillers for about two years now, and are on the second child.  They are great and are doing a great job with my children's smiles.  They are worth the drive from Macon to WR!

Transferred to this ortho because of military move. On the consult , they didn't use the same brand of appliances and tried to make theirs fit. The results were not ideal and paid them in full early.

Spillers Orthodontics is excellent.  The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful.  The doctor explains things thoroughly.  The office environment is very clean and updated.  They are very punctual and availability is great.  I would use Spillers Orthodontics again.

I highly recommend using Dr. Spillers for orthodontic treatment.  The office itself is wonderful.  The decor is fun and beautiful. The office staff are great and they are constantly having contests and games for the kids that go along with the time of year.  The technicians are well trained, and if there is ever any problem, it is corrected as soon as it is brought to someone's attention.   The office has a great website at http://www.drspillers.com that will give you a good idea of what things are like. 
We first visited Dr. Spillers for my daughter's teeth.  This included her wearing an expander initially to help make room for her adult teeth.  Then when her adult teeth were all in and her wisdom teeth removed, she wore braces for about 2 years.  Unlike when I wore braces as a teen, my daughter did not have to have any other of her adult teeth removed because she started early, and they were able to correct issues with her small jaw before she had to get braces.
For my treatment as an adult, it required wearing a splint for six months to retrain the muscles in my jaw from my bad bite.  Then I wore braces just over 2 years.  The initial consultation (which they do not charge for) they detailed what treatment was needed and provided the cost information and payment plan options for me to choose from.   They offered a 5% discount on my treatment as a multiple family member discount.  I set it up for them to directly debit my checking account so that I wouldn't have to worry about paying each month.  I paid a down payment and the rest was broken up into 32 equal monthly payment.   They set up an account for you on their website so that you can access your account information to print info for filing with your insurance.  I have had my braces off for 2 years now and wear my retainer every night.  I have had no more TMJ pain and my jaw no longer locks up on me.

I love the office! I have Invisalign with Dr. Spillers, 2 older children previously treated (with beautiful results) 3 in treatment now and 1 to go!! It's the best in town!

Overal it worked out well to-date. I will be done with the program in November and I am seeing results already. There was some rocky patches with some of the Techs not being as familiar with invisalign as they were with the standard "braces" and some of their actions showed this. I emailed Dr. Spellers, and on my next visit, he addressed my concerns personally, and made sure that I was well cared for thereafter.

We go back every 3 months for adjustments.  My son is a 10 year old, and they do alternating schedules of after school times and during school hours to make it fair for everyone since a large portion of patients are school aged.  We have had 2 episodes where the appliance has come off, but this was due to my son eating things he was not supposed to, and not due to poor quality work.  I give the staff a 10/10 for friendliness, and they have done a great job of correcting his overbite.

He put braces on for my son earlier in the year and we taking our second son in for braces. He is great and we would recommend him to anybody.
