Did not have proper cleaning supplies, we had to go buy them. Their reason was that they didn't think they were going to have to clean teh things that they were missing cleaning supplies. Left the oven dirty, they took to long. We had to go back and point out dirty spots, that they missed. The estimate was 2 hrs and they took 4 hrs.

Three women from the cleaning service arrived at our home on time and worked very hard for 6 hours. They were friendly and courteous and worked very hard to please us. They read over their checklist with each other after they finished cleaning to make sure everything was completed. I can be very critical but was very impressed with this cleaning service. I would hire them again.
