house cleaning
 + -1 moreVery well. She was thorough in the places I emphasized and very eager to please. We had a rough start...she forgot about her initial appointment with me and called the next morning, and profusley apologized and offered a discount. Her willingness to rectify the situation felt sincere enough, so we went ahead with the deal she offered that next morning. I'm a stickler for bathrooms, kitchens & floors. So far (3 times) she has done a very good job in the bathrooms and kitchens. I will say a "good" job on the floors (laminate downstairs & in landing upstairs). I have to allow for the redecorating and the traffic we've had with college age kids moving in & out. I will continiue to use her services as long as she keeps up the good work. I've had at least 3 housecleaners over the past 3 years and they start out well but get really sloppy as they continue with me, and I end up letting them go. I think Pam has all it takes to build herself a great business if she always keeps customer satisfaction first. I have mentioned her to a few friends and they are interested in speaking with her.
Description of Work: General housecleaning for a 2600 ft home with 3 residents & 3 small pets, every other week. The dogs are outside during the day; they are chihuahuas and the weather is warm enough here most of the year. They do shed alot of little short hair. We ahve been in the middle of a dining room renovation the 3 weeks she jas been here, which has created alot of dust & miscellaneous debris.
