Didn't finish the job, crew accidentally punched a hole in one of my window screens. Screen never repair or returned, he still has my screen! Never came back to do final work, didn't fix all rotted wood as promised, I called him once, he promised again to return and finish the job, never seen him since. His carpenter's level of skill was no better than an 8th grade boy in shop class. Had to redo siding work and trim around garage. Andrew is a nice guy who means well, but don't pay him until all work is done. Personally inspect and make sure all repairs are done and done the way you want them done--quality is an issue. Closely inspect his work, he furnished the paint and after he left I noticed the paint in the can was watered down and "thin coated" on some parts of the house.
