They found that my chimney has been totally blocked off and capped in the past so I am unable to use it as intended. The guys were professional, extremely nice, polite, and honest. They cleaned up my fireplace very well when they finished, put everything back like they found it, and then they took the time to sit down with me and discuss the approx cost of removing the blockage if I choose to do so in the future. The young man even got his ipad and showed me various other options I might want to consider, and thoroughly explained each option. I highly recommend this company and they will be the only one I will call in the future!

I felt as though the price was too much, they charged extra because they had to drive a little further.  I feel like the most you should pay for a chimney cleaning is about $200.00 - $250.00.  I was happy to pay for extra driving but the extra charge was excessive. I need extra work done on my chimney, and because of the extra charge I will not even consider using this company again.

Wayne did a great job with my gas logs.  He  is very professional and knowledgeable of the product.  He answered all my questions and addressed any of my concerns.  Highly recommend this company.

We had contacted other companies before having the work done (cleaning our fireplace and chimney) and found him to be very competitive, and because we wanted to support a local business we went with him. We're very glad that we did, for Wayne was excellent. He arrived on time and answered all our questions fully before he started. He was very careful to protect the floors and furniture before cleaning and made sure everything was in order afterwards. A true professional and very nice person who we will call again when we need more work done on the fireplace.
