ceramic tile
 + -1 moreDo not use this company. I wrote the president of the company about the poor experience I had with the manager and the installation but never heard back from him.
Description of Work: We bought tile for the backsplash in our kitchen. We paid them to install it. The installation was extremely bad. The lines were not straight and the 2x2 square tiles in the center were not centered. I told the installers that I was not happy and they tried to move them before the mud had dried, but there was no way for it to be fixed at that point. I called the company and told them I wasn't happy with the work. The next day the manager came out and immediatly started saying it looked good to him and wanted to know when I was going to pay the rest of the bill. I told him it was not good enough for me and plus the grout had not been sealed yet. He proceeded to seal the grout and then demanded the rest of the bill.
