Since it was done no more sounds from the attic and the squirells are gone. All entry ways have been taken care of. Very professional with explanation of what was done. Very confident of the work.

I have never been more pleased with any contractor I've ever used.. Maurice showed up on time, worked unflaggingly all day, cleaned up the clutter each day before leaving, and went far above and beyond the job we initially asked him to perform. He added many architectural flourishes without charge, accepted changes in good humor, and was gracious in all his ways. Anyone would go far before finding such a capable and honest builder/contractor. I admire him as much as a man as I do as a builder.

I think I answered that above :) Maurice and his sons did all the work themselves. He also installed a new roof on the house. There were but few days when he didn't show up - emergency repairs for other customers, etc. He was at work on time, and took very few breaks. The old carport is now a 400sf office. I couldn't be more pleased with either his workmanship or his personal interaction with my family and myself.
