LOWES OF WARNER ROBBINS

Less than 2 yrs ago I had Lowe's to install a new fence and a new gate in my back yard. I spoke to mgt. about problems i was having with my gate it was never installed properly . They told me that because i brought the problem with the gate to there att. before the warranty expired they would take care of it for me.I had three different fence company's come look at it and they all told me it was not installed properly. So lowes agreed to fix the gate only. I told i would take what i could get. So they wanted me to provide pic. of the problems. so i did. shortly after that i was contacted by Lowes mgt. and they informed me that they was no longer going to honor the warranty. The fence gate would not even open properly.it was a double gate I needed to be able to get my 54 in. Lawn mower in the back yard that was why i had them install the double gate.Today less than two years after lowes installed my new fence I had to fork out 500.00 dollars to have a new gate installed. I was a Lowell Lowes customer for many years. as of there decision to not help me fix my gate I will never buy any thing from these people. The only thing i will do at Lowes is to make sure my service dog pissis and takes all of her s**** inside the store from now on. I ust to carry a bag to clean up if she did any thing bad. Not any more . I promise she will regularly relieve her self inside the store preferable in high traffic areas . and in carpet and flooring areas.She will hold it until we get to lowes. I shoed at lowes for over 20 years and my family also shopped there. I talked to Home Depot and told them what Lowes did and they took it among them selves to contribute 300.00 dollars toward fixing my gate. We very seldom went to Home Depot. Although my Gate cost me 500.00 to fix the right way they gave me 300.00 . I could not believe they did that.I know Lowes will not care about this review or any other review. I had always gave them good reviews . I hope some one reads this and no longer does business with this horrible place any more. They have two locations here in Warner Robins,Ga. I will pray that they go out of business at some point. Come on Home Depot build another store right next to them.

The experience was great! The contractor cleaned up after himself. He was really polite. He made sure the job was completed to our satifaction before he left. They were very punctual. I would definitely use them again in the future.

I told them I only needed 60 linear feet. One of their contractors came out and told me I needed 70, and charged me for 70, and left me the scraps. I took the left over carpet and got a refund for the additional carpet purchase, but never got a refund for the additional work I had to pay for.
