Property Management
I had a full size washer and dryer in the house, which disappeared and the property manager was not even aware that it was missing the next time the house was rented. As a result of someone stealing the washer and dryer, the washer and dryer faucets began leaking. The leak continued for six months without being corrected, but the property manager was aware of it for six months, therefore costing me over $5,000.00 in damage.
