After spending 10 days trying to solve an email problem (could send but not receive emails), I called David.  He came to my house the same day and resolved the problem within 30 minutes.  He really knows computers and I highly recommend him to anyone who has a computer problem.  His rates for his excellent service are also very reasonable.  He charged me $25 for the in home visit and $25 per hour.

I contacted David on a Thursday morning and left a message. He called me back within 20-30 minutes and I explained what problems I was having with my desktop computer at my house. Since I was at work when he called me back, I couldn't do anything with my computer at that time, but David gave me some tips and a few things to look at on the computer when I did get home.  When I got home that evening I tried them with no success. I contacted David the next day (Friday) and took the computer to his repair facility for drop-off and repair. He gave me an estimate on cost and time. Sunday afternoon I recieved a call and said computer was fixed and ready to be picked up. I went to pick up computer and when  I got there David was more than happy and willing to go over what he found, what he repaired, what he recommends, etc. Once I got the computer home and fired it up I could tell right away that I was thankful I had found In-Home Computer Repair! I would not hesitate for a second to call David in the future regarding a computer problem!
