It was good. My daughter was trying to open the door and I was trying to open it at the same time. The door was swinging back and forth, and I fell through the door. They're fast and they take care of you. They're quick to respond. The doctor's bedside manner is wonderful. They want you to be honest with them to get to the problem so they can help you better. I think they're outstanding.

From the moment I walked through the door they were helpful. I went through the ER and in less than 1 hour and a half I had seen the doctor, had a CT Scan, and was on my way to surgery! When I got to the pre op area I was presented by the doctor who explained everything and listened to me and answered all of my questions. I was shaking because I was so nervous and scared, but he helped calm me down and I went into surgery right away. When I came out I was attended to very well and didn't even need to use the nurse call button because someone was always checking on me and making sure I was taken care of. The food was not bad at all either!!! My meal for dinner was roasted chicken with fresh steamed vegetables, a roll, peach cobbler, with the option of coffee, juice, pop, water, tea, or anything else you wanted. I could even have the option for Ben and Jerry's ice cream! I declined of course!!!! Great experience!
