I still wish we had left the dealer and purchased our car at another location. The sales customer service at this location was awful. We saw people napping in display car right outside the front door. People were constantly smoking right by the door so we had to walk through their fumes to enter the dealership. The salesperson would not address me, only my husband. He tried to convince us to buy a car that we did not want. He kept us waiting for an excessive amount of time. At one point, we asked how much longer the process would take, not in a nagging way, just as a way for us the plan the rest of the afternoon. He said, and quot;20 minutes,and quot; while turning his back to us and walking away. We waited another hour before we saw him again, and then he made us wait longer to fuel up and wash the vehicle! We still wish we had left the dealer even though we had invested our time with this one and gone somewhere else to get our vehicle. If they did not have the exact vehicle we wanted, we would have left. I will not visit this dealer again and certainly do not recommend them to anyone, at least no one I like.

They check all the fluid levels in my car but do not perform anything extra as such. They are honest with me and I feel like I can trust them. I have never had them try to sell me anything or tell me something needed to be repaired.

There quality is good there and I basically go because that's just whose always serviced my van under the warranty. They are open on Saturday so it was more convient.
