The manager & mechanics were very professional. There was no pressure of any kind to buy anything.

The shop was very helpful. They took my truck in, examined the brakes, & gave my a report of the results. There was no pressure to buy anything. I was satisfied they lived up to the promotion.

Kept the car for 2 weeks and when I got it back I noticed fluids were leaking. Car did run but the valves were noisy. I asked if the knew about it and they said no. Fluid appears to be oil. Car was not leaking oil prior to service. They said they'd fix it but that's not the issue at this point. Car shouldn't have been released leaking.

I bought four tires from this company with total care. They rotate them about every 5,000 miles, usually when I get my oil changed. I usually get good service and friendly service.

We have used Firestone Stores for 5 years and they have always done good job. Their communication with me has been very good, they call me on my cell phone and let me know what they find before they do any work, they let me choose what I would like them to do, they give me the evaluation and then I get to choose what I want to get done, they are not pushy at all and I don't feel like I am taken advantage of, I am pretty bad about regular maintenance and they are very responsive and they work very quickly. They do quality work and if anything is not right then they will take it back. They replaced a belt for me one time and it was squeaking and he said that sometimes that happens when you put a belt on and that I should give it a day or so and if it is still squeaking, then I should take it back and they would have a look at it. I took it back because it was still squeaking and they made some adjustments and tried a different size belt on and it has never squeaked since then. They stand behind their work and if something is not right, they will make it right.
