While our monthly payments are automatically taken out of our account every time we call or go in to Eddie Causey's State Farm we are greeted by staff who are ready to help with any problem we may have. They have given us very good discounts and bundles so we do not pay any more than necessary. We have had two incidents that required repair work on my vehicle and both times we had no problem getting the assistance we needed. Once we reported the incident which the first time I was in Wal-Mart and someone hit my van and I had to have the front left side repaired (the headlight, blinker, fog light, paint, and around the tire). State Farm was very punctual they sent the check (that covered the cost of the repairs) right over to the repair shop and helped us get a rental van for free. The second time I was driving and a deer jumped out in front of me and it messed up the right side of my van. I had to have a lot of the same work done to it there was even deer fur in the head light. The deer also messed up the passenger door so it was hard to open and would scrape the tire every time it opened. Again State Farm was right there to help out and we had no problem getting the van repaired they sent the check (that covered the cost of the repairs) right over to the repair shop and helped us get a rental van and it wasn't very expensive i believe they paid 80% and we paid 20%. Having full coverage on my vehicle is not as expensive as you'd think and it makes getting the repairs after an accident very affordable if not completely paid for. Since I have three insurance policies plus the safe driving discount (from taking a driving course) and the marriage discount State Farm is very affordable for my family and we are on a very tight budget. My grandparents started me out with Eddie Causey's State Farm insurance because they had it and they knew a good deal and a good businessman when they saw one. I plan to continue with State Farm for many years to come.
