I called about a broken garage door spring. They arrived on time and made the necessary repair. I noticed one of the new cables was hanging up on a garage door panel. I contacted Carlos about the problem . He advised he would have someone come out and make the adjustment as the work was under warranty. No one called or came out to make the adjustment. I contacted Carlos several times . Appointments were made, no calls and no one showed up. I was impressed with the initial service and repair. The follow up is not satisfactory.

garage door installed has a gap on both sides . Appears to be to small.. Was told would have to purchase more materials to repair. Two appointments to come back did not happen. Very disappointed since Carlos had done a good job repairing the motor

He explained what was needed and everything he was doing. The door is much quieter and runs more smoothly now. I would highly recommend Doorwise to anyone needing a repair or a new door. We also appreciated the military discount.
