The crew called last minute to reschedule. I had to do cleanup after they left.

"Sorry about the inconvenience, sir. But, the call was just a courtesy call to put you on notice that the crew could possibly arrive 30min later than expected. The crew arrived on time by the way. Also, you only requested removal, without white-glove cleaning. So again sorry for your inconvenience, because extra servicing was not requested. The items requesting removal were removed, and the homeowner pointed out everything they desired to be removed. Thanks for contacting CND Services to handle your removal request. We apologize for the miscommunication and will offer 10% off the next request."

The time for my move in kept getting pushed back because of some last minute fixes. They were patient and kept in contact to make sure everything was ok. They moved everything I needed them to and despite the rain they got everything done with no damage or anything to my furniture.
