 + -1 moreI purchased some toner cartridges from them. The compatible cartridges that they sent me damaged my printer and I decided to just get a new one. Starting in October I asked to just return the cartridges and get my money back. After many back and forth conversations by both phone and letter I got a firm response and was asked to send them the invoice and the cartridges and I would receive my refund. I followed through with both on 11/3/2014 and waited until Dec. 29th to get a response on the refund. They said they would refund it immediately and it took about a week to receive a refund. I only found out that they'd processed the refund because I called Visa on Jan. 3rd and was told they'd refunded back $9.94, not the full amount that I'd paid. I asked the folks at Megatoners about the amount of the refund and they emailed back and said "as stated" there is a %25 restocking fee, which still doesn't explain the amount of the refund. I asked for further clarification on there math and have yet to recieve any further confirmation.
