Allen out of Topeka should not be trusted. He lacks accountability for his actions and he doesnt seem to mind blaming customers for his short falls. It should never take 6 months to get a door in. Then Mike his manager doesnt seem to want to be bothered to listen to what happened as its a "waste of my time" We were a valued customer for many years to now be treated like this. The Kansas team does care except for Della. She is the only one who tries to get things fixed. So disappointing.

6 months later still havent fixed my door. The communication is terrible and no end in site to get it fixed properly. They dont respond when asked when itll arrive and each department gives you the run around.

It took a few months for them to get started due to the volume of work they had, but the work went quickly once they started. We are very pleased with the finished product.

Never did the gutters and siding. I signed a contract and they asked for thousands of dollars more because they made a mistake. I said no. Discovered that they did not price everything I asked. Fired them off the gutter/siding job. Door project took over six months to complete. Supposed to be all white except the door. They created the frame in all white except two pieces that are tan. No one can explain why. The two ladies who took over my projects did a great job as did the team who installed the door. But the tan pieces, not pricing it properly and saying they will cancel a signed contract unless I pay more? Add to that the fact I had to wait six months and the entire experience was a disaster. Not only no but a thousand times no, I would never recommend this company. The only reason I gave one star is because this survey required at least one.

The Champion employees arrived early and went right to work. They did a fantastic job and, despite encountering some difficulties, pressed through and completed the entire project in one day, as promised. They did a beautiful job installing the windows and they look great!

Haven't started yet. Its been awhile since materials were ordered. I know it's not their fault for shipping due to area circumstances but should have started by now. I get biweekly updates from the sales rep. He is good. Not sure about PM and workers. Taking way too long. I was afraid of this happening.

Work have not been done because Jay Tarvin lied on the contract with champion that we agreed to and will not return my phone calls. Jay would not give me my contract until the three day cancellation date had ended.

They enclosed the breezeway with windows and doors, and they installed a sliding glass door on the side of the house. There were some changes and interuptions but they always made it right.

Removed bathroom vents from soft-fit refused to reinstall until I told them I was going to back charge for me to reinstall. Removed electrical junction boxes for flood lights did not reinstall they threw the boxes away I had to go buy boxes and reinstall.

They showed up earlier than I expected that day, very polite, answered all my questions, and I was extremely pleased with the quality of the install and product. I plan on installing more windows with them, They cleaned up their mess and left everything in perfect condition. They even took time to answer all questions at the end of the installation.
