They were honest about mistakes the installer made and made it as right as they could.
I don't know if I will keep them next year.
termite coverage contract ends 5 May 2015. Arrow was notified I was not renewing service contracts so with out notification a technician shows up and removes termite traps. Guess that means I don't have coverage for the remaining 15 days of my contract. That's the kind of service I have learned to expect from Arrow of Warner Robins
I was with this company for 5 years. Two termite programs (house & Barn) as well as house pest control and mosquitoes control. For the most part the technicians were courteous and timely. However, every year all contracts experienced rate increases. When queried ?they? always had some excuse and the answers from the technician, office, and company manager were unique (but always were different), ?they? usually reduced or minimize my increases as I was a ?good customer.? that they didn?t want to lose me. This year I had 3 other companies give me estimates for the same services. All three had good ratings from BBB, were insured and bonded, and all three were less expensive - usually quite a bit. Two of the three found a small site of termites (inactive) inside my barn.. I called Arrow requesting they look at the area and treat as appropriate. I was due an annual termite inspection so a inspection visit was scheduled. The inspector was told an inactive site had been found in the barn but he was not given the precise location. He reported that his inspection showed no evidence of termites anywhere, but I did have a damage trap that had to be replaced. I asked if he was sure as 2 separate inspectors had located an inactive site within the past 2 weeks. He said he saw NO termite evidence and no treatment was required. He then assured me that he was an extremely well qualified inspector. If you go with Arrow of Warner Robins I sure hope you experience is better than mine was and you rates remain somewhere near constant
since moving in 3 years ago. The initial consultation was conducted in a
professional and polite manner which included advising me of potential
concerns. After agreeing to a contract (quarterly treatment) the
assigned technician called days in advance to set-up treatment. The
technician arrived on time and explained everything to me clearly. He
also provided further information on services provided by Arrow for
other pest area (termites, wildlife removal). Since signing with Arrow
the technician has changed three times however each has exhibited a
level of professionalism and knowledge equal to or greater than the
previous technician. As part of the contract we are able to call anytime
if bugs are seen within the house after treatment. I have never been displeased with the service nor the technician sent to treat my home. The price has remained consistent since initial treatment and was average amongst a number of quotes.
