This work was accomplished in a timely manner. The service was located on Angie's List. I was very impressed with the professionalism. As an out-of-town home owner, it's nice to know there are people that do what they say. I will definitely recommend these guys to my family & friends. GREAT JOB!!!!!

I got quotes from 3 landscaping companies and A P was in the middle on price. I gave them the job because they said they could start immediately and they had good reviews here on Angie's List, I was led to believe that the work would be done in a couple of days and time was important to me. While they did start right away, the work drug on beyond what I thought it would take. Then, when they said they were finished I found out that they had not included the price for the pine straw in my original quote and charged me an additional $300 for 50 bales of pine straw. When this was finally completed, all the areas I had asked to be covered with pine straw were not done. They gave me some story about how their pine straw provider had shorted them, but told me they'd make it right. That was over two weeks ago and I still don't have all the pine straw I paid for.

The quality of work was ok. Not great by any means. The best I can describe it is that it was rough. Just not a lot of attention to detail. Be aware that they have no clue how to trim trees. In more than one place they just sawed limbs off in the middle of the limb and left the stumps sticking out for me to fix before it rots and kills the trees.

Then, when it was supposed to be finished again they had left a huge pile of yard debris by the road in the front of my house even though I had already paid them to haul it all off. I was assured that it would all be gone on Thursday. Well, Thursday came and went and I was told it would be gone the following Thursday. Again, Thursday came and went for the second time and I still had debris in my yard. They did not pick it up until I called them and told them I wanted my money back for the removal and I'd just call someone else. When they finally did pick up the debris they didn't bother to rake up all the small stuff and just left it in my yard.

So, the work was rough, I got shorted on my pine straw, and had to threaten to call Junk King to get rid of the debris before I could get the attention I felt like I deserved for $1400.

When I advised AP Lawn Service that my home was being placed for sale, his interest and enthusiasm seemed to go away. Shortly after, he emailed a new lawn service contract, when we already had one good for the remainder of the year.  Finally, it got harder and harder to get him to schedule my lawn in a timely manner.  When I called to terminate our service agreement, he did agree to terminate, but my lawn had deteriorated which placed me in a difficult position to prepare my lawn for potential buyers.  Based upon my personal experience only with AP Lawn Service, I would not use them nor recommend them to anyone else.

The service turned out fantastic. They made my house look like it had been painted. This was the first time that I used them. It looks great, there wasn't any problem scheduling it, and it was not expensive, so I have nothing but good to say. There was a problem, but it wasn't their fault, when they power washed the garage, the trim paint came off, so I have to get that painted, but the rest of the house didn't. I would definitely recommend them. The fellow that did the work was really cordial, and I was really happy with it.

Bought this through a sell on Angie's List for half price.  All communications were through Angie's List and were very easy to set up.  Work was done when I got home that Friday and was excellent.  Will consider them when I get ready for landscaping work later.

When I originally called, Anthony came right out to look at what I wanted done and to give me the price.  He was very nice.  The following week, two different men came to do the pressure washing.  They seemed to do a good job and were careful to avoid a few areas that I requested that they skip (due to birds nesting in those areas) -- so that was good.  I went outside and noticed a few areas that had been missed (areas where they were supposed to clean.)  They cleaned those areas and then packed up and went away without collecting the money.... it was really rather strange.  Anthony called later on to apologize. 
My biggest problem with the job is that the windows of the house were left filthy and streaked from the power washing of the house.   Anthony did send a man back the following week to clean the windows, but even then he didn't seem to understand that he needed to clean ALL of the windows.... he only did a few of them and was preparing to depart, when I told him that we'd agreed that he would rinse off ALL of the windows (they were all dirty.)    This man was very polite and pleasant.  However, even after the window rinsing there is some sort of residue on the windows that I cannot seem to remove.  I've tried cleaning them with alcohol, which did not work, and soap and water with a sponge, water rinse and squeegee.... which also did not work.  I am now going to need to hire a window cleaner to try to get these windows cleaned up; this will make the whole pressure washing quite expensive.

Was to mow weekly. Failed to mow on three occasions!!!   Edging is horrible. Makes a sharp edge, but does it on an angle so I was losing yard every edging. In one season, lost @ 6" from the back of my patio to where the grass now starts. I had to ask them three times to edge around my meter boxes and every week they scalped the same area in the back yard that was a little higher (never remembered where that area was from week to week, I guess).  Was to prune, but had to ask for it to be done...and be advised that they do not know what they are doing.  I only kept him on, as it was too late to find a new yard man that late in the year.  I fired him at the end of the season due to lack of punctuality and that they were destroying my yard. 

We had Anthony and his crew give our front and back yards a fresh start for Spring. That involved mulching all of the pine needles and grass that had collected over the winter. They trimmed the driveway and the sidewalks perfectly. They also pruned all of our landscaping that needed pruning. I am a stickler when it comes to getting things straight and level, they did a superb job! They left the whole area, yards, sidewalks, driveway and street, completely free of debris. I will be using them as often as our yard needs them and will tell everyone I can about these guys and the fantastic job they did! If you don't use them, you have missed out on a real gem!

It looked great! He came thereafter twice a month and mowed, edged and blew my yard for $80.00. He put down 2 pallets of sod in my back yard for $500. He and everyone that works for him are very professional, they really seem to take pride in their work and it shows. I would highly recommend AP Lawncare to anyone!

pressur washed the drive way and walk ways, did a good job and were very helpful

Hired workers are not attentive to detail as cuttings are scattered on ground (not complete in cleaning up cuttings) and trimming is not perfect.
