+ -1 moreAt this particular rental property, he painted all the trim, baseboards and window sills in the house, outside door frames, repaired a shutter, and replaced a living room carpet. He also cleaned the other carpets in the house.
Description of Work: I use Ben and his crew to maintain rental properties that I manage and he is able to repair, paint, and/or clean just about anything. He has done painting, drywall repair, fence work, pressure washing, carpet cleaning and carpet repair just to name a few of the many services he has performed for me. He and his crew are always punctual and professional and he always gets the job done right the first time or comes back immediately to remedy any problems.
