Description of Work: Rick inspected and serviced deadbolts/doorknobs on three entry doors, and installed a new doorknob on an outer utility room door. I also had him look at the lock on an outer screen-type door; he inspected it, diagnosed the problem rather quickly and fixed it within a matter of minutes.

Description of Work: The lock on one of my doors was hard to lock because the bolt and the hole were not matching up without having to push on it really hard. They drilled it and made it match up correctly. I am sorry that I do not remember what they charged but I do remember thinking that it was very reasonable. I was very pleased with them. They arrived exactly when they said they would. They explained the problem with the door lock. They fixed it promptly and cleaned up after themselves. I would not hesitate to call them again if needed.

Description of Work: Installed double tumbler locks on two exterior doors and rekeyed them to match. Also rekeyed existing garage single tumbler lock to match.

 + -1 moreI called him mid morning with no specific time frame for the work. He made a late afternoon appointment for the same day and did most of the work immediately. The repair job required a special part to order, so that part of the job will be finished in the near future.
Description of Work: We had 4 external doors rekeyed (3 had two locks). It took him about 40 minutes and the job was done very well. He is also going to do a repair job on a door frame by installing a new strike plate. We are pleased with the overall service and recommend him for sure.
