About us
My name is Tim Fetz; I’m a home inspector who will take a closer look at your home, whether you are buying or selling. I realize that your home is a huge investment so, should I find any defects or areas of concern, I’ll make recommendations as if it were my own home. I will represent you with integrity and will efficiently provide you a clear and concise report of my findings. Your report will be ready the same day via computer and supported with digital pictures. You’ll be sent an email notification along with your password so you can view, print or forward the report. You can even have a copy sent to your agent if you wish. While serving in the U.S. Military, I gained more than 27 years of experience in the construction/remodeling industry. I was formally trained and certified as a home inspector through InterNACHI (Cert. #07022713), and I stay up-to-date on the latest issues through their continuing education program.
