The work was completed in a timely manner and without any unexpected issues. Thomas was easy to talk with and is obviously a very knowledgeable and skilled electrician.

I was surprised when I called to schedule service and reached a human being (Christy). Christy asked what needed to be done and the color of the outlets so Dewayne would have the correct items for our job. Dewayne showed up on time and was very efficient resolving my issues. DeWayne was great! He worked fast and efficiently and made sure I was happy with everything before he left. He added dimmers to a few of our light switches as well as a timer on our new bathroom exhaust fan. He swapped out a light kit on one of our ceiling fans with a new LED light fixture ... I didn't like it at all because it was way too bright (even on a dimmer). I asked him to put it back the way it was, and he cheerfully complied. When he added a quad outlet behind our flat screen tv, he also built a little shelf for our wireless joey to sit on -- out of sight, out of mind along with all the cords. Pretty cool! Installing our "no attic access needed" bathroom exhaust fan required him do a little carpentry, too, because of the way our previous exhaust fan was installed. Even though he didn't need FULL access to the attic, he DID have to reach up in there from below in order to mount our new exhaust fan properly and as a result, a lot of insulation fell into our shower stall. When he was finished, he shop-vac'd it all up and vacuumed everything else, too, including his ladder, so he didn't traipse insulation all over the house on his way out. I definitely recommend DeWayne - you won't be sorry! We have other projects to do around here and we'll be hiring him again in the future. :-)

DeWayne Thomas  called to confirm the scheduled appointment several days prior to the appointment.   Mike was outstanding!  He arrived promptly at the scheduled time and was extremely competent and professional.  I will definitely use Thomas Electric Solutions again.

I made arrangements with Dewayne Thomas of Thomas Electrical Solutions, LLC to install 3 ceiling fans in my home between 3:00 and 4pm Wednesday, May 11th.  Mr. Johnson arrived promptly at 3pm with another installer and verified the work order.  Once this was confirmed they both went right to work.  They installed the first ceiling fan(old ceiling fan).  It was up and running in just a short time and then they quickly installed the other 2 fans (both new).  While working on the last two fans they discovered that the switches that were installed previously were broken.  They took the time and repaired the switches for me.  After the 3 fans were installed  Mr. Thomas advised me of the broken switches and let me know that the charge for the ceiling fans would remain the same and that he would not charge me for the repair.  I thanked them for their great work and got quotes for other electrical work that I will be having done in the near future.  I will certainly be calling them back.  If anyone is looking for an electrician that services the North Metro area I certainly recommend My Electrician THOMAS ELECTRICAL SOLUTIONS, LLC.  (Reliable company, hardworking employees and fantastic customer service)

Mike Stewart was exemplary.  Very professional.  Arrived on time and extremely easy to do business with.  He listed to my wishes and helped me with some decisions.  I can't say enough on how satisfied I am of his work.  I would definitely hire them again and again.  I was almost convinced that custom satisfaction was a thing of the past until I ran across this company.  I would highly recommend you give them a try.  You will not be disappointed; quite the opposite.  Thank You!

Dewane Thomas Electrical Solutions is a sure bet if you are looking for an honest and knowledgeable company.  Dewane's estimate for work to complete was really reasonable.  He also gave me another solution that wouldnt require his services, but would save me a lot of money.  Honest, great, professional guy!!?.we will only call him for any electrical needs in the future.

We contacted several people about hanging a ceiling fan and installing an exterior outlet. Thomas electrical was the first company that answered the phone when we called, they arranged for a worker to come by the next day. The guy called prior to inform us he was about 15 mins away, showed up and gave us advice on the exterior wall outlet. We ended up not getting the outlet installed due to the fact we did not want to risk possible interior sheet rock damage. We did get a ceiling fan installed, he installed the fan in a quick fast manor. The whole process took about 30 mins, and the installer was extremely nice and polite. We will definitely be using the company again and referring them to other people.

This guy was wonderful.  He was personable, professional, pleasant.  I contracted with him to install a ceiling fan and then decided I also wanted a dimmer in the dining room.  We spoke on the phone  and he asked some questions.  He bought the dimmer, brought it with him, installed it and was in and out in about an hour, having ALSO installed a ceiling fan for me.  He was very easy to talk to and very respectful and pleasant.  He was very careful in my home, very conscious of marring anything, etc.  He brought the ladder he needed.  He asked me questions before he came to be sure he knew what he needed and what my expectations were.  I would use him again in a heartbeat and would highly recommend him to anyone who needs electrical contracting service of any kind.  This is a nice, nice man who knows what he is doing and wants to do a great job.  HIRE HIM!  You won't be sorry.

Everything went smoothly.  He sought my feedback to ensure the results were what I wanted.   He was especially conscientious about hanging lighting at appropriate heights.  Very trustworthy and professional and I felt comfortable leaving home to do errands while he completed the work.  Pricing was great and more than fair.  He takes pride in his work.  I am 100% satisfied with all aspects of projects.  Will definitely use him again and recommend him to friends. 

.Mr. Thomas worked me into his schedule and came to my rescue. He came in and did trouble shooting  found the problem, burned wires fix it and up dated other outlets so that we wouldn't have any other problems. Yes I will be calling him back for other projects that we have planned for the future. He was neat clean and very knowledgeable , respectful and honest. In this day and age it is hard to find someone trusted worthy. Thank You Mr. Thomas

It went great! He was very prompt and thorough. Changed multiple lighting fixtures and fans in the house. We had our house on the market and I was very busy painting, etc. He was returning for a second call because I asked if he could please check on some outlets and some other lighting and HE called ME to check and see if I needed anything at Lowes or Home Depot on his way here because he knew how busy I was! WHo does that! How awesome! He's not only a great electrician but a great person.

Dwayne Thomas was very upfront with us and more than fair on his price. He followed up with us, between initial phone call and date of service, was punctual did excellent work and even vacuumed the floor after he was done!!!! He is such a nice humble person. We will always use Dwaye after the great experience we had with him today!!!!
