Response from Christie at the office, and Michael here at home where I needed the work done was absolutely perfect. Honest and professional at a fair market price! No scare tactics or games, just honest people serving with their expertise. This is an excellent company to use and is going on my "go to" list!

I bought a 1976-built home that needed some electrical work, starting with the inspector noting a number of open splices/taps in the attic, to outlets that were waist high on the walls. I also needed additional things done so I created a plan and submitted a line-item bid request to 6 different electrical contractors, and Thomas' was the lowest of the 5 that responded. I had a lot of work to do aside from the 8 taps they removed and properly fixed into junction boxes, relocating several outlets around the house and running a new circuit and outlets to my office, installing 3 recessed kitchen lights, changing out a bathroom fan, running down mystery switches, and replacing with upgraded outdoor-rated larger-gauge 12/3, an old defective line running from the breaker, 120' through the attic out the cable vent to my toolshed, then on to my workshop - adding a light and switch to the shed and shop. Dwayne came out to estimate, made great suggestions, and was as personable as they come. We tweaked the bid a bit and I gave him the job. He is busy so I had to wait a few weeks for my turn - and I can see why... professional, fast, honest, very fair pricing, worked with my changes without missing a beat, and his 2 partners Mike and Jayce were as knowledgeable, friendly and hardworking as anyone could wish for. It was a two full day job, and I couldn't have found a better electrical contractor to do it! And as if it couldn't get any better, I realized a couple weeks later that I wanted to reverse the switches in the shop for the main vs back lights - I just wanted the main switch closest to the door... I called and made another appointment, and Dewayne fit me in when he was in my area again. When he finished I tried to pay him and he wouldn't let me!! Just a perfect experience start to finish, and I will use him again as I have some more work coming up. Their electrician, Mike, has performed work at our house on numerous occasions and is always polite, professional and customer focused. Even their office manager is exceptional. Strongly recommend them for electrical work as they go the extra mile.

This project was a breeze thanks to Dewayne and Christie. Dewayne made an early trip to quote me on my project. They were both a pleasure to deal with and I will recommend them to friends and will use them again in the future.

They were able to do all requested work in a timely fashion for far less than other bids. After a change in plans, they returned and quickly swapped the fixture incurring only an hourly fee.

The light fixture was hung a little off-center but he centered it after I asked him to. The second light fixture was scratched and I didn't see it until it was installed. I had to go back to the store right up the road and get another fixture and they charged me an additional $25 to put the replacement up. Everything looks good now and overall I'm pleased.

I received quotes from two other companies that were in the same monetary ballpark. I hired Thomas Electrical Solutions in large part due to the terrific customer service by Christy in their office; she was professional and yet warm. Turns out they all are! And, they did an excellent job installing our new foyer chandelier. As a Realtor, I'm aware there are a lot of Electricians out there but this company stands out!
