James recommended a top notch architect to us and we went from drawings through the planning and permitting phase all the way to a finished product in under 2 months! James hand held us through a nail biting inspection process with many layers and we were able to open on time and reap the benefits of marketing events that had been set up well in advance of finishing our space. James was calm and confident in guiding us through the process and personally made some key phone calls for us that helped us understand and comply with the county's requirements for acquiring our CO on time. We would very gladlly use JC Restorations for any commercial or personal job that we have in our future.

Everything turned out great. The work was good - we were very satisfied, especially for the price. The owner coordinated everything - He left the painter here to finish up working with siding, etc while he went to another site. I wish he'd come back to inspect the final work and give us the chance to inspect with him since he had to leave before everything finished.
