We've used this company several times in the past with a different crew and had a satisfactory results. However, this time we hired them to remodel our bathroom and it did not go well. The crew was entirely different and indifferent to making sure everything was right. We have an old house and they ran into some problems so I don't blame them for going off schedule. However, the finishing work was sloppy. The wall board seams aren't smooth, the shower fixtures weren't properly installed, and we had to have the tile installer come back because his work was so uneven. It's better, but clearly still not close to perfect. The plumber was the worst. We had to have him back three times and now, three months later, we're having to completely reinstall our toilet and replace the wood underneath because it's been leaking all this time. It's likely that the tile around the toilet will have to be torn up and new tile laid when the plumbing is done. The contractor told us that he re-insulated under the house after he finished working but when my husband went under the house, that was not the case. Our confidence is so shaken that we don't even want them back to make it right. We won't call this company again.
