As we all know it can be sometimes difficult to find contractors who are reliable and timely. Ridgeland provided a fast quote and completed the work when they said they would. There were no breaks while juggling multiple jobs and the quality was great. Will use again!

No well. They had to remove the flooring in the kitchen 3 times before they were able to finally correct the issue. On the first day of demo they did not block the work area from the rest of the house and dust was allowed to contaminate the entire house. They said they forgot to hang the plastic sheeting. I had to pay someone to come in and get rid of all the dust in the house. If you get an estimate from them and you use them to do the job. Make sure you print of the estimate. They have the ability to change the estimate even after it is in your email server. They did that to me 3 times without discussion or warning. I explained to the supervisor that was over the job that I borrowed a certian amount of money and informed him that if we were getting close to that number I needed to know. Instead of telling me that they had encountered Issues that were not budgeted they did the repairs. When I asked for the final price so I could write the check to pay them. The total price had exceeded my funds by $1,300.00. I had to borrow that money from my brother.

Ridgeland Construction & Remodeling is a company above the rest! Finding a good company with a hard working crew and more is hard to find, but that is just what you will find with Sam and his crew at Ridgeland. Hired them for a new roof over existing deck. Professionalism and top notch work is what they delivered! Crew kept job site clean, always on time, any calls made to the company were answered promptly. The price of the job was right. They paid attention to so many details and the quality of work is ABOVE THE REST! We have the roof to prove it and will enjoy it for many years to come. Ridgeland will be the company we use for home projects again. Thanks Sam and your crew for a beautiful roof!
