One man is what you get when you trust only one. I've worked for many company's and shops and with a number of SO called mechanics and found on a regular occasion that I myself wouldn't let them change my tire much less trust my car or inevitably my life with their work. There used to be a true value to quality and craftsmanship that you just don't find in the automotive industry today. I hold myself to these standards even if the customer doesn't. Everything that has to do with an automobile. If I haven't worked on your precise model then I'm not afraid to admit to that. However many makes are merely manufactured by a common brand(Infinity is a Nissan)(Lexus is Toyota)(current Jaguar's have Ford drive-trains). I have repaired vehicles from Yugo to a Lamborghini. GM warranty work as well as Ford, Nissan, Honda, Chrysler, Hyundai, Toyota have all been completely satisfied to requirements(and beyond).
Services we don't offer
I have a glass service to install windshields as its time consuming for me as one man. I do not do emission testing, I do the repairs and have them tested.

"This customer had a vehicle towed to my place of business for diagnosis. He was very pushy to begin with. I explained that it may be a couple of days to get to his vehicle depending on the problem. I diagnosed the issue, then when the customer knew that I was miles away in Atlanta, he had a wrecker pick the van up and took it to another mechanic. When I returned, I called him about it. He said he didn't trust my diagnosis. He and his wife, agreed that they owed for the diagnostic. When the other mechanic gave them the same diagnosis, she called to apologize. Said they pay me what they owe me. Never have!! They posted this after I sent a certified letter for demand of payment. I still have the key to their van as he stole the van from the property without payment..... I have his wife on video admitting to their wrong doing, and that he jumps too quickly....."
