Great Service! They promptly called me after I put in service I was looking for. I expressed concern on needing my air conditioner to hold out 1 more season , it is pretty old. The phone service was excellent, Tech came out and had it running in no time. The price was great as well. There is a small service fee to determine problem. Much lower than I thought. Thank you

Fabulously! When we called they were able to schedule us the same day. The service tech was easily able to determine the issue and resolve it quickly...it was just a matter of adjusting the flame on the furnace. We also inquired about an annual maintenance contract - we had just purchased the house and like to keep our systems under maintenance agreements. Since signed the agreement we were not charged for the service call and they looked over the entire system at that time...we couldn't be happier. We are able to request and book the same tech each time which has been a huge help since he is awesome and remembers our unit each time. We had already done phone research on similar companies and liked Comfort Solutions best and found their maintenance agreement prices to be favorable and the service that comes with the agreement is better than most. They check the respective units twice a year and replace the air filters. Definitely happy to be with them as a client.

Was impressed by the first call to fix air conditioning a few years ago and have continued to call them for all air and heating needs ever since. Each technician that has come out has been very professional and courteous, even when talking over the phone. They make sure you understand the problem, the solution and the cost before making any repairs. I will continue to call them for air/heating concerns. Thanks for great service.

The guys were the best and made the process the best experience ever. Showed up on time and worked diligently all day to install two heating and air conditioning systems and water heater. Hooked everything up and checked before leaving to ensure everything worked properly. Even worked late when a separate plumbing incident came up as they were walking out the door. I would highly recommend them and hire them again.

They had done an installation, there was a slight problem when they installed it. They installed it over the summer and obviously, it's cooling a little bit now. They came out at no cost. Everyone makes mistakes. They fixed whatever was not working. These guys are great. They are really good.

The scheduling was fast and easy, the technician was prompt, efficient, pleasant, and effective. He found the problem in under five minutes, quoted a repair, and then fixed it in about 10 min. I couldn't be more pleased. I decided to have a Nest thermostat installed a few weeks later and called the same company since I had a dual heat pump that makes it more complicated. A different technician came out but he was equally easy to work with. I've already referred friends to them, and they are my go-to AC team from now on.

David the original technician came to my house two weeks prior and advised me that I would need a new system as mine was over 10 years old and had a major leak in the air handler. When the team arrived to my home, an hour early, they began work right away. These guys were professional and courteous and did the job in under 8 hours in a tight, cramp and hot environment in my attic. I could not be happier with my service and product that was installed. I will be using Comfort Solutions for all of my hvac needs from now on. No need for me to look anywhere else. I thank them for being the professional team that they are. Thank you guys.

Quite well. All three technicians ( initial repair tech, and 2 members for the install) that came were polite and professional and even put up with my nosy dog trying to check up on their work. I also appreciated that they took steps to maintain a clean working environment. THEY suggested using the back entry so as not to track dirt and old equipment over my carpet. They also answered all of my questions and left everything clean. Before leaving they also made suggestions on other components that we should look into, again due to what was installed by the builder of the home, to ensure that the system would be efficient for years to come.

Comfort Solutions continues to do my work and I am pleased with them. I have a maintenance agreement with them and it is about $90 a visit. I think they are reasonable. I will continue to use them for my HVAC maintenance agreement. They consistently send out just one worker and Dennis is a good man.

I was astonished on how quickly they sent a technician!! In Central Florida it would have been the next day or later. Dennis explained everything in detail and we haven't had any problems since. I was also informed of the HVAC Labor and Maintenance that they offer. They come twice a year (Spring and Fall) and check out your system to make sure it's working properly and clean the coils, etc for only $156.00 a year for one system. Well worth the money! Everyone should get this warranty!

Perfect! We discovered the leak in the late Fall. They got me up and running long enough to get to winter but warned me that the AC likely wouldn't work again when Spring came. With quote in hand, I waited. They were right. I called, made my appointment, they came out fixed it, checked my other unit, and I haven't had issues since!
