This company gives a one year warranty, no questions asked on all blinds they sell. I wrote to the company on their website, because I was looking for information and details to check on that promise they make to the general public in their advertising. The guy said that certainly is their policy, so they are legitimate. They did great work for us. We like the fact they guarantee what they are doing and We thought they were great. I got six different estimates too, so I know I got a good price.
