The people that service our area are located about fifty miles away. They are non-responsive -- they don't return calls or messages. The pricing isn't very good, and if you call them with a problem they don't even come back out. We have a spider problem that they haven't been able to fix either. Overall it's been an awful experience and I'm going to change companies soon.
