Very professional service! Owner Craig personally oversaw the work of trenching, drilling, and applying the treatment. His personal inspection identified additional points where termites had entered the structure, with fresh mud tubes and other activity that he showed me. Everything was very open and above board. I was very satisfied with the coverage and his thoroughness of the application.
Also, worthy of note is that the kill-Con termite contract covers repair of termite damage in addition to retreatment should they reinfest a treated structure.My experience with other companies is that the extent of liability consists of simply retreating the structure. This additional coverage convinced me to opt for the additional cost of a 10 year contract.
