Did not check moisture levels in the subfloor and did not provide any moisture remediation such as plastic in the crawl space. Hardwood floors have buckled and completely cupped throughout. Soap dish in the master shower fell off the wall and all the grout is peeling and coming out of the cracks. All the shoe molding has separated from base boards and flooring. Granite around fireplaces has cracked along the edges. The tile has several spots that sound hollow underneath when you walk on it. After numerous attempts for Weidinger to make the situation right on the hardwood this is what we are left with. After a year and a half more problems continue to arise. After going after Weidinger's general liability insurance his own insurance adjuster personally told us this is a small claims issue and the work was not properly done as did a private floor inspector we hired out of Gainesville Fl. Lots of issues for a brand new home.
