The Service person called me to inform me he was coming. He arrived in the promised time. He listen to me describe the problem and how it occurred. He repeated that action and revealed the corroded wire was the problem. He fixed it promptly;He lubricated the tracks and spring. The service took no more than thirty minutes start to finish.
