I think I just threw away $250.00 because I've had 2 air purifiers here running 24 hours. Test came out low. Still don't know if I have mold or not as insurance adjuster did not approve anyone to come check or clean. Just guess we will deal.

Thomas is an outstanding inspector, very detailed report, professional and was actually early for the inspection. I would recommend him to anybody wanting an honest and accurate inspection. He recommended a mold test on the house and I am glad I elected to have this done, Black mold was found, this is well worth the extra money spent.

Thomas Gibson performed a mold test on a home that my daughter and 4 other college students are renting in Valdosta. He was able to do the testing right away, giving me the results in a few days. He kept in contact with me throughout the entire process. He was so thorough, that he discovered multiple issues that I wasn't even aware of. Customer service is exceptional, he goes above and beyond what is expected.
