Ashley, the owner of Traditions, doesn't normally sell cork flooring but made special inquiries of his vendors since I was interested in the product. We were offered large samples to take home to make sure we got what we wanted. Installation was scheduled and performed quickly. The installer was pleasant, courteous and seemed meticulously clean, neat and you could tell he took pride in a job well done. Neither my husband or I thought about asking about a threshold between the bedroom and a hallway. When we called Ashley to inquire, he said that he would order it. It took a couple of weeks for it to come in. The B rating in responsiveness is a result of Ashley taking a few days between us calling to inquire if the threshold had arrived (it had) and it being installed.
