There was nothing outstanding or horrible about this service. Overall the fence looks good and seems to be holding up well. My areas of concern were in the lack of communication and substandard workmanship. When I went to check on the progress of the install, the workers had installed a white vinyl panel that didn't match the neighbor's fence and they staggered it onto my property instead of continuing on their fence as I requested since I had permission from that property owner to do so. They blamed it on the lack of communication within the company, but I still don't understand why they wouldn't have questioned that the panel didn't match. In the end they returned that evening with the correct panel to finish installation. Other issues: not having all supplies on hand for installation, black finish on the fence was scraped up pretty bad in places like it had been dragged across concrete, and not filling the voids around the fence poles that were installed.

Sims Fence Co did a very good job that I'm happy with and they were very responsive. They finished it very quickly and used really good quality materials. 

I called for an estimate. They caame out promptly, quoted me a price, and when I gave the go ahead, put my fence in with no problems. Everything they said they would do, they did. They were also very courtious. It was a pleasure working with them.

Mr Sims came and gave estimate as scheduled.  He made appropriate suggestions to what he thought would work best for the area. Once the installation was scheduled, he arrived on time and completed the project timely.  The workers were extremely courteous and polite.  The fence looks great  I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Overall, I highly rate this company. They were able to come out the day I called them to give me a quote. After I decided to use their services, we agreed to begin the construction early the next week. They were ready to go as promised and showed up on time the day we decided on. It took them one full day, and about an hour the next day to complete the project. I was really impressed with the rate of work they sustained without compromising quality. The workers and foreman were friendly and professional as well. In addition, they finished the project on budget, as I did not have to pay more than the quote they gave.
