Quality Irrigation & Landscape

It took a while to get on their schedule, but when they came out, they were fast, courteous, and their help was easy to talk to. they worked fast but got the job done timely, and just like we wanted. They have been around a while, and I thought they only were doing big commercial jobs anymore, but they said they were more interested in the residential jobs since they had re organized. The sales person communicated with me 2-3 x weekly until we were put on the schedule. I will definitely call again.

They did okay on the landscaping portion with pretty much what we asked for with trees and shrubbery. When it came to laying the sod, I was expecting them to disc and level out the yard since it was first covered with small pine trees. They did a little grading but not a lot. When the sod was layed out, you could see areas that were low and had depressions. The owner said he would roll it out afterwards but never did. When the irrigation system was put in, I was not given a schematic to show where the pipe was layed or the irrigation heads were located. If I want to know where they are, I have to locate them myself.

My husband and I decided to have our lawn completely re-done. My husband is deployed, so I had to do it all on my own. I researched several companies, which charged by the hour. I initially spoke with Tony, who came by and did a free consultation. Once the consultation was completed, he gave the option of hourly, daily or a set rate. Once he received the information, he emailed me the quote, which I was able to forward to my husband who gave the go ahead. I told Tony what my goal was as well as gave him a copy of the request that my husband emailed and not only did he meet the goal, he exceeded it! My yard is more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. The work they provided is absolutely awesome! I couldn't have asked for better customer service or better work form anyone! From the first phone call until now, I am totally impressed. I would recommend this company and already have to anyone looking for lawn care...or NOT!
