Platinum Roofing

Would not recommend. We used this company to replace our roof due to hail damage and while they were nice, the work was extremely rushed and the quality shows. The crew destroyed our flowerbeds and bushes with flagrant disregard for the time, money and effort we had put into them. They caused damage to our siding and fascia in multiple places some of which has yet to be repaired weeks later. They tripped a circuit breaker that ran two freezers in the garage and broke the latch on our gate and never said a word about it-I luckily noticed both of these before the food was ruined or dogs got out but it’s frustrating that I had to be lucky instead of them just letting me know. After all that they “finished” in the dark on day 2 and left a mess in the yard, driveway and back porch including 50+ nails-one of which ended up in my tire. To their credit they are very friendly and they did come back to fix some subpar work that they did on the drip edge and one soffit but overall the process felt like a rush job and left me skeptical about the quality of the roof they installed. Don’t be fooled by the reviews, give your money to someone else.

They installed a metal roof in my back porch. It started leaking. They came twice to fix it but the leaking continued. The third time they came they said they couldn't see any leaks and there was no problem. Attached is a pic of one of several leaks after last night rain 10/12/23. I do not recommend this company to anybody.

Fast even in the rain. Broke a window but had someone out for the repair the next day. Had a storm a few days later that damaged an area. They took care of it for minimal cost.
