Original work was done promptly in June
Sump pump went bad in August
Sump pump was still under warranty, but Frankie Gay would NOT come back to correct the problem
Heavy rainy season for 3 months, we were worried the mold was back. There was standing water in the crawl space, and the sump pump had shorted out.
Frankie Gay STILL has not come - He answered some of our calls, promised to come 4 times, BUT NO SHOW

It was excellent. It was very punctual, here on time, very professional. He did exactly what he said he would do. He went above and beyond his duties. He also explained everything to me as well. He cleaned up an messes as well.
