Eubanks Air Conditioning & Appliance Service

These people are way over priced. That might be an understatement. The same part my husband just bought from them he came home and checked Amazon and they had next day delivery on the same part; plus he could have purchased more than eight of them for the same price he payed at Eubanks. Check Amazon first people. You're welcome. They also had some very old stoves for a high price. We will not be back.

I am not going to spend $600 to replace a board that "might" be the problem. I won't use Eubanks again.

good.  The repair man came over on time and found the water leak on the dishwasher.  because the dishwasher is so old it's more feasable to buy a knew one.  i know he's not lying (?) cause eubanks doesn't sell dishwashers and he didn't recommend any particular place to buy one.
He did tell us not to get a digital one cause they go out after a few years.  he recommended the kind with a manual timer.  we would definitely use them again.  Eubanks is a nice south georgia family owned business.

They are very dependable.  The price is reasonable.  They always get an A when they did come to service my appliance.  They are very knowledgeable in their field.  Their products are reliable and their service is good.  At one time, when we first started using this few years back, he would come out but now he has grown and he had many workers. 

What I have gotten so far has been awesome.  They are a factory-rheem dealer.  They are clean, polite and thorough.  I have been using them for 30 years.

Eubanks was able to send someone over the day I called them. They were able to fix it that day.

I have used them since 1997 for any kind of appliance work weather it has been my stove, washer, or dryer.  They also have inexpensive reconditioned appliances. 

I have used Eubanks twice for warranty repair in our new home on our appliances - we bought a home in Valdosta where the appliances were under home warranty for a year, and about six months after our move, the dishwasher the builder installed broke. We called Eubanks to perform the warranty work and they were out at our house in about 2 days. They sent two plumbers who worked on the washer for about 30 minutes, only to let me know that the part that was broken was not plumbing - it was electrical. They said they would contact the electric guy and have him out pronto. Great. A few hours later, electrician shows up and plumbers leave. The electrician takes a look at it, and confirms in less than 5 minutes after the plumbers have left, that it is NOT an electrical part, but a plumbing part. Great. I had to wait until the next day for the plumbers to come out again to replace the part. They didn't have it in stock, had to wait another day for install. No apologies - nothing. Granted, I didn't pay for their service, but the amount of ridiculousness that went into replacing this teeny part was absurd. We have used dozens of contractors and repairmen in our lives, and never had issues like these.

~Next incident: My microwave is on the fritz a few months later. (Guess our builder used high quality stuff on his install, huh?) We contact Eubanks (again) - against my better judgement, and only because the microwave was only covered by warranty if their company fixed it. Two days later, a maintenance guy shows up and I am INSTANTLY uncomfortable. He was extremely unprofessional, asking me personal questions that were completely irrelevant to anything he was doing - completely inappropriate and overly friendly (and I mean OVERLY, I am not being a snob). I was home alone with my children and could not wait until the minute he got out. He had to come back the next day to install the part, and I asked my husband to stay home to handle it because I could not stand the thought of having him in the house when me or my children were there - I can guarantee that I will NEVER, EVER use Eubanks for ANYTHING, warranty or not. Completely lacking in common sense, responsibility, customer service and professionalism.

There was no pressure to purchase (unlike the piranhas at Sears who sell on 100% commission). We came in and found a set that we liked and paid for them and came back with our trailer the next afternoon and they loaded them on the trailer and helped me to tie them down.
