We waited over 5 months after hurricane Helene damaged our house, seeking a reputable roofer and renovator. We needed a new shingled roof, new rubberized flat roof, new roof and screening for our screened porch, repairs to and replacement to the roofs over our backyard storage shed and the koi pond pergogla,aswell as repairing water damage to the front hallway ceiling, master bathroom , and master bedroom. It waswell worth the wait. Hearing of Diamond Roofing from a friend, Jason Lee, unlike all the other roofers we had contacted, returned our call immediately, quickly gave us an estimate, ran point with the insurance company, and went to work. I can tell you from our experience in one sentence: Diamond Roofing is a real gem in all aspects: high quality of work, dealing with—at times “fighting”—the often recalcitrant insurance company on our behalf, going those little extra miles that meant so much to easing our anxieties. I can’t speak more highly about Diamond Renovations and Roofing! Jason was on top of everything right from the beginning. I had intended on getting multiple quotes for my roof replacement, however, I didn’t need to after Jason came to give his quote. He was so personable and kept us informed about EVERYTHING throughout the process and the most impressive thing to me was, if he said he was going to be there at a certain time, he was! No run-arounds!!! You just can’t find that kind of customer service anymore! Quality and service was definitely on point! 5 stars all around 👏🏼👏🏼 👏🏼

After the storm, Jason with Diamond Renovations and roofing made it easy to choose him above the other bidders. 1) He communicated the process to let me know when and what to expect before and during the process. He communicated regularly and ahead of time if there were going to be any changes or adjustments. He even sent updated pictures, which made me feel he was just excited about my new roof as I was. 2) Once commitment was made he moved fast to get the supplies ordered and was on site within days. 3) They started and finished the same day including 100% clean up. 4) they were able to fix minor structural damage outside of replacing the roof (soffit and aluminum trim) where other bidders could not or would not attempt. End of job inspection Jason pointed out he was not satisfied with the soffit and aluminum trim appeal to the eye- which was not part of the bid, he offered in addition to. Jason returned himself the next day to make sure the job was done right and offered to pressure wash the home to make sure the existing trim and new trim was a good match in texture and color. 5) pricing was comparable and even lower than other bids. It’s not very often homeowners have to replace a roof in a life time. Especially, after the Sept 2024 storm price gouging and random people knocking on the door from who knows where to give bids to repair damage. In hind site, I have no regrets going with Diamond Renovation & Roofing and would highly recommend them if you are looking for someone that will do what they said they will do.
