If it is a typical service call (leaky faucet, toilet running etc.) We work on an hourly rate of $90 an hour plus cost of parts. Bigger jobs like remodels, complete new sewer/ water lines etc., would be priced by the job by Derek himself, he has to look and get correct figures and amout of supplies to give a better price to the customer per job.

Hired this plumber to install a simple sink in a manufactured home. What should’ve been a straightforward job turned into a 12+ hour disaster. Even after all that time, he still didn’t complete the installation. He showed up unprepared—missing parts, bringing the wrong ones, and making multiple trips to the store throughout the day. He seemed unsure of what he was doing and wasted hours trying to figure it out. To make matters worse, he drilled holes where he shouldn’t have, leaving visible damage. And when he finally left (without finishing), he left the place a complete mess—trash, unnecessary holes, and random leftover supplies scattered about everywhere. He’s not even worth the one star I’m forced to give—this website requires a rating just to post a review. If I could give negative stars, I would. Save yourself the headache and hire someone who actually knows what they’re doing

This job went great, again! I have used this company for over 5yrs, & this is 1st review I’ve given. So sorry. I don’t say this easily, but ALL of there work has been stellar, & done with the utmost professionalism. They have worked on my sinks, toilets, & unclog line @ clean-out & always give great advice. Price is always fair. I simply would not use anyone else.

The two man crew were polite, professional and respectful of me and my house. The did exactly and more that they told me they would do. In the dictionary, you should see "Derek" as the perfect all around plumber. Wow, what a wonderful experience for a BIG job. And they were more reasonable than I heard I would have to pay. No more searching for the best plumber in Valdosta if I ever need another.
