Mr Richards is a very knowledgeable person in the computer sales, repair, and overall removal of malware and virus protection.
I had an 5 year old gateway that the cooling fan had quit working. I asked him if we could trade it in and he said yes. He copied all data on the gateway to the new HP laptop / tablet combo. Very nice machine. Also installed Norton and set the program up to detect and block malware and virus. Works very well and was an excellent fit for the budget. Thank - You Earl !
