very good. when i called them i explained i pulled out the old fan to replace it with a new fan. in doing so the electrical fixture came came out and i couldn't get it put back in, even when i used my hammer. i told them they would have to come over after 2:30 pm cause my wife gets off at 2. they came out the next day and had the whole thing done in 10 minutes or so. highly recommend.
