My transmission went out, i called these people and they had the best estimate 1,567.00 I decided to go ahead and let them do the repair, the car sat in my driveway for two weeks before they came and picked it up. Claiming the tow driver was out of town when I would call and ask. The car was finally picked up on March 31, 2012. Two weeks after the break down. I wait a week before I called to see how it was going and was told they just got the transmission in and that it was going to be 400.00 more. I said okay just get it done! I waited another week and never heard back so I tried called and never got an answer. Had to call from another number ad when I told them who I was they hung up. Long story short I finally got a phone call saying my car was finished on April 26,2012 just over 4 weeks to have the car repaired!!
Description of Work: My transmission went out in my 03 Taurus. This is the company that did the work.
