First off we were unable to use their service but all of their phone calls and responses to our questions were timely and very accurate.

Interior Painting
At the end of Day 1, my wife noted several places where the paint had not been properly applied or had smeared onto places that were not to be painted. She pointed them out to Mr. O'Neill the next morning and he then satisfactorily corrected these problems, which had been caused by one of his workers.
On Day 2, my wife discovered that her wedding ring was missing from the drawer in the master bathroom where she kept it when not wearing it. She informed Mr. O'Neill about this and that the ring had gone missing while he and his workers were in the condo. The following day, after I had arrived at the condo, Mr. O'Neill advised us that he had spoken with his two workers and had undertaken efforts to recover the ring, but without success. Mr. O'Neill admitted his belief that one of his workers was the culprit. To his credit, Mr. O'Neill paid the deductible on our insurance policy alleviating the financial loss but in no way softening the blow of the loss of my wife's wedding ring. Mr. O'Neill advised that he was not bonded.
We reported this matter to the Glynn County (Georgia) Sheriff's Office. Deputy J. Bryson was the initial responder. He interviewed my wife, Mr. O'Neill and one of his workers before turning the matter over to a GCSO detective for further investigation.
At this point, Mr. O'Neill had completed a portion of the agreed project for which we paid him the agreed price of $500. All agreed to the termination of the work contract.
