The Edrington Team

Overall, we were very unsatisfied with this real estate team. And not just because they did not sell our house - we would have relisted with them if we hadn't had the problems we did. First, they talked us into signing a contract giving them 8% - which did not allow us to drop the price of the house low enough. Second, the team members gave us different and conflicting advice at times - one would tell us to clean up the landscaping and curb appeal, and another would say they didn't want to feature images of it after we spent weeks and a bunch of money on the landscaping. One team member told us not to worry about certain problems, another would ask why we didn't work on that problem. It happened several times and when we'd ask about the conflicting advice, they just wouldn't provide a response to that part of the email. Third, they did not follow up on showings and feedback from showings by other agents, and in fact never seemed to even know we had a showing until we would mention it. Fourth, they themselves showed our house only once and gave us 15 minutes notice and we were not prepared, and then they even commented about it not being prepared - of course we weren't, we had 15 minutes to clean up and get everyone out! Last, there were a few small requests made of them that they never fulfilled - small things, such as which correct email address to use or which phone number to call. Overall, we do not recommend this team. They have a big sales pitch but do not come through on their promises and they do not communicate well.

They are very good, they give us all the feedback we need, and then some. It's just good to know things before we ask.
