Mr. Smith and his wife first detected the exact area of the leak with a listening device. This is crucial because he was able to remove one single tile and after hammering through the slab arrived at the exact spot of the leak. He repaired it and recemented the spot up to floor level. I had to get someone else to replace the tile but this was explained and the price determined before the work was begun.
It was an expensive repair but well worth it because my whole floor was not torn up in the process. They did a very good job very well done.
